Delaware Humane Association (DHA) and Delaware SPCA (DELSPCA) are teaming up with shelters across the country to find loving homes for companion animals as part of NBC10 Philadelphia and Telemundo 62’s “Clear the Shelters!" All DHA and DELSPCA adoption center locations will feature two days, August 2 and August 27, during which all animal adoption fees will be half-off!
