Meet Dakota & Everly!

Meet Dakota! Dakota is a handsome boy who has sadly not had the best luck in his short life. He was originally abandoned as a puppy, then rescued and lived in a home until he became too much for the resident cats. He absolutely loves to play fetch, enjoys going for quiet walks, will work for his treats through commands or in busy toys, and sleeps soundly in our office area. Being so young, he still needs work on his socialization and manners, but is already learning to hold his “sit” longer and keep his jumpy energy to a minimum. He’s looking for an active home that can continue shaping him to be the best pup he can be! He has done well on sleepovers where he’s slept through the night, waited to go potty outside, does well in his crate, settles quickly after some playtime and rides well in the car. He’s simply a pup who doesn’t understand kennel life and absolutely shines away from it! Dakota gets along with other dogs, but does need a home without cats or young kids while his manners are still being fine-tuned. We will update as we learn more, but in the meantime, ask about meeting Dakota today!

Meet Everly! Everly is a sweet senior kitty who came to us from another local shelter. Everly is super sweet and relaxed. She loves pets and gentle brushes. Everly was born in 2006 and is looking for a loving home where she could relax and enjoy her senior years. Please check back for an updated story soon! At this time, Everly has not yet been introduced to other cats, dogs or kids. We will update as we learn more, but in the meantime, ask to spend time with Everly today!
