Frontline+ flea and tick preventative (DHA staff will NOT apply to animal) – $15/tube
General dewormer (2 doses of Pyrantel Pamoate which will be sent home for you to administer at a later date, as instructed) – $5
New Castle County Dog License – $12 to $47
City of Wilmington Dog License – $10 to $40

Additional Charges

You will be advised before any of the following charges are added, unless you have already requested them or consented.

Spaying female dog in heat (dogs under 30 pounds only) – $30 to $50
Pyometra (severe bacterial infection in the uterus) – $30 to $200*
Cryptorchid (undescended testicle) – $30 to $100*
Hernia Repair – $30 to $50*
Canine Cherry Eye Repair (includes eye medication) – $100 to $125
Difficult Surgery (complicated procedure/obese pet) – $25 to $50*
Antibiotics (may be required for pyometra, crypt, or as deemed necessary by the veterinarian) – $25
Additional pain medication (when recommended by veterinarian due to a more complicated surgery) – $10
E-collar – $15
